Resident question
How wide could the result be?
Low, base, and high cases are defined as three full schedules. Current case outputs remain blank because material inputs are incomplete. The cases are not probabilities and do not rank the paths.
The relationship to hold onto
Sensitivity tests the model—not the public’s values.
No percentage shortcut
A complete schedule must change coherently
Timing, financing, operating effects, lifecycle exposure, and terminal position cannot be represented by multiplying one base-case total.
Interpretation boundary
Low is not “best” and high is not “worst”
Cases test defined input conditions. They are not likelihood judgments, advocacy labels, or a resident preference score.

Workbook binding: WMS Sensitivity!A1:L42; WMS Sensitivity Engine (558 rows)
Three cases × six paths × 31 years = 558 sensitivity rows.
A case remains blank if its required input set is incomplete.
